Initial Practice Assessment FAQs
You’re bound to have questions, even though you’ve already had an initial consultation with AMP. We understand this and have taken the most popular questions and added them below. Please call if you’re still confused or want to ask something else. We’re available and want you to feel comfortable.
Q: How Long Does the Assessment Last?
A: This is a hard question for us to answer. The assessment could be an hour, or it could take a few days. We want to get as much information as we can so that we have a good idea of where your practice is right now. From there, we can work on techniques and methods to improve in all areas of your business. As your dental coach, we are there for each step and ensure your satisfaction.
Q: What’s the Scope of the Assessment?
A: During the assessment phase, we dive deep into the fundamentals. We look at the dental office marketing you use and focus on dental practice training for the employees. Ultimately, we need to get a clear picture of what you do so that we can find ways to improve. That way, you can change and expand the practice in new and exciting ways. It’s a process, and we’re there for you at each step.
Q: What Happens After the Assessment?
A: The assessment is the first step once you decide to become a client of AMP. We understand that you’re itching to move ahead and start improving your practice, but it’s a process. Once we assess your needs, we focus on your goals and hopes for the practice. From there, we can work on ways to achieve those objectives and measure your success. We’re with you each step of the way to offer reassurance and advice.
Q: What If I Don’t Need All of Your Services?
A: AMP focuses on providing you with a customized plan that you can use for dentist marketing. As your dental practice consultant, we are here to help you, and that could include employee morale, financials, or something else. Since we offer assistance in many areas, most clients prefer to use the full package to benefit all aspects of their business. However, this isn’t always the case, and a la carte services are available.
