Whatever the scenario we want to help you help them.  As a strategic partner we can evaluate their current state both financially and emotionally and lead them to more profitability and a greater work/life balance through a unique way of coaching as opposed to consulting.  We are “life” coaches for the practice.

Why are we willing to offer a free analysis?  We at AMP want to do everything we can to keep your practices financially healthy.  More importantly, we are passionate about helping your dentists and their staff enjoy a stress-free work life by giving them new skills in working with patients and staff.  We help build Leaders in dental practices.  By helping them succeed and grow they become more valuable to you and PNC because they have grown their liquidity and financial strength and are therefore more apt to purchase bank products and services and be approved for needed credit for equipment, real estate or acquisitions.

The process is easy.  Simply give us the practice name and contact information in the form or direct them to the PNC client website and we can do the rest.  Make sure you add your name and contact information.  Once we gather reports we need from their business software, we will arrange an uninterrupted 90 minute time with the practice owners.  You will be asked to join this meeting as well if you would like.  We want to keep you informed as you are an integral partner to us and to your practice.”

PNC: Referral Flow & Client Submission

    1. Identify Clients through Wellness Review.

    2. Fill out referral form or direct client to PNC Rebuilding link.

    3. Confirmation email is sent to the Healthcare banker and client to request data for practice analysis by the end of the day.

    4. Renee Pierce will connect with the client on software specific details for requested data.

    5. Referred client will provide data directly to AMP via fax/email.
    6. Analysis results will be available within a week after submission.

    7. Renee Pierce will reach out to client confirming available dates and times for this presentation. This will be communicated directly to the referring Healthcare banker.
